Title: Product Documentation Specialist (Technical Writer)

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Document Planning
1.1. Establish and/or maintain documentation guidelines for company products.
2. Product Documentation Writing and Maintenance
2.1. Write product documentation including user instruction guides,
reference materials, product release notes, etc.
2.2. Write online help material.
2.3. Write Customer Training (instructional) material.
2.4. Maintain all documents to reflect any changes occurring in the product.
2.5. Ensure clarity of all messages in software components of products. 3.
Review Sales & Marketing material (copy editing).

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a language-related field
- University degree in Technical Writing or two years experience as a
Technical Writer
- Experience with Quality Assurance requirements regarding documents „h
Good knowledge of Framemaker & MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio,
etc.)
- Ability to understand technical documentation and to interface with both
technical and non-technical personnel
- Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to make a
significant contribution
