We are looking for an experienced technical writer to join our Knowledge
Management Team for our Video Intelligence Solution division. Verint®
Video Intelligence Solution is the worldwide leader in networked video —
an innovator in video technology and a leading video solution provider to
government and critical infrastructure, education and corporate
enterprise, transportation, retail, banking, and a host of other
industries.

The ideal candidate will become a key element in Verint’s goal of
excellence regarding corporate and commercial communications. As part of
the Product Management Group, the candidate will also work in close
relationship with the Engineering and Customer Support departments. In
collaboration with the Knowledge Manager, Product Managers and
Application Developers, you will write and maintain technical publications
supporting our products and verticals. . You will be part of the whole
product cycle, from functional specification review to production and
localization. As a player in our team, you will take an active role in
content management and publication on the intranet and extranet.

You will be responsible for:
 Creating and editing various technical publications, including contextual on-line help files
 Editing technical documents from engineering and support teams
 Revising software resource strings
 Editing documents from Product Managers
 Managing the life cycle of documents under your responsibility

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field, with a
minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Writing.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are comfortable working
with SMEs. You are proficient in English writing with a good command of
French. You have good analytical skills and you can convey complex idea to
various audiences. You have a proven track record in creating documents
for software and hardware applications.

Knowledge of Structured Frame is mandatory.
