Café Saigon makes some of the best spring rolls in Montreal, and their peanut sauce is so good you’ll be pouring it into the center of the roll before each bite. All at reasonable prices. The music is Galaxie ambient; note the big golden Oscar near the door.

Update: We’ll also be presenting the awards for the STC-Montreal Technical Publications Competition at the banquet. The award-winning entries will be on display.
