Technical Illustrator position.

Contract of three to six months to begin with.

We are looking for an illustrator for our office in Pointe-Claire.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in evaluating, planning and execution of all illustration
requirements;

Organizes, produces and update illustrations, graphics and artwork in
isometric or perspective view with computer software or traditional
methods, for all related technical publications;

Ensures that all assignments are completed on schedule and within budget;

Develops and maintains an interface with other organizations, in order to
obtain accurate and relevant information affecting technical
illustrations;

Develops and maintains directories of illustrations in order to ensure
efficient monitoring and filing of all technical illustrations;

Assists in group meetings to exchange information as to progress status of
illustrations;

Assists with the development and editing of illustration specifications,
proposals and sub-contract requirements.

Essential Requirements

Technical diploma or equivalent;

Experience of min. 12 years in technical illustration activities;

Ability to read and understand engineering documentations;

Knowledge of Autocad, Catia V5, Inventor and Mechanical Desktop.

Bilingualism is an asset.
