Job Title: Instructional Designer (Contract 2-3 months)

Description

We are looking for a contractual Instructional Designer experienced in
developing Computer-based training

Requirements:
- Must have an understanding of how to create web-based training.
- Instructional Design and Instructional Technology experience is required.
- You will design and develop web-based training for customer training
courses that support company technical products.
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management,
course development, and evaluation skills.
- Can work independently and within a team to develop CBT for both
internal and external audience.
- Knowledge of online teaching and learning methods
- Knowledge of HTML
- ITIL knowledge (desired)

Skills
Must have current experience in ALL of the areas listed below:
- Computer Based Training (CBT) or Web-based training (WBT experience
- Teaching, training and performance measuring
- Multimedia, curriculum and course development
- Instructional Design experience (please provide examples of work)
- Web-based course development experience
- Instructional Technology experience
- Able to quickly learn company technology

Software:
Adobe Captivate (essential)
Lotus Notes (desired)
