Responsibilities:
•Member of the team that produces documentation for Nuances Enterprise Speech tools products, including voice application development and tuning products and voice application hosting frameworks.
•May work on documentation for a variety of audiences, including
developers who write speech applications, system integrators who deploy speech applications, and system administrators who monitor and maintain application deployments, and business and IT managers who monitor the effective of speech application deployments.
•Will work closely with development, services, and marketing throughout
the development process to identify documentation requirements and
schedules, as well as providing input on product design and usability.

Qualifications:

•Experience with authoring documentation for developers and
administrators.
•Familiarity with web programming concepts.
•Ability to manage a documentation project and work directly with
technical subject matter experts.
•Experience with FrameMaker and online documentation authoring tools.
•Minimum 3 years experience working in a software development environment.

•Experience with Agile development methodology a plus.
