* Technical Writer with Engineering Aptitude

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the
recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has
an immediate opening for a Technical Writer with an Engineering aptitude for a 4-6 month contract opportunity with a company in Northern VT.
Working in Chemical Processing developing documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with environmental policies including hazardous waste management regulations. Develop documentation and procedures in support of production processes and requirements. Continually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within the area. Specify, justify, and manage capital projects in support of production requirements. Provide technical support for safety and ergonomics within the area. Performance of the above is on an assistance basis, dealing with technical problems of moderate scope and with minimal supervision. Experience with NADCAP and AS9100 preferred.

An Engineering degree is not required, but candidates must be strong
technical, documentation, procedural writers with a process engineering
aptitude. BS is preferred, but not required. Applicants must reside
locally within a commutable distance to the Burlington, VT area.
